🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this time.

⏱ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

📮 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

FREE Shipping for order over $100. 

For orders under $100, we offer flat-rate shipping via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: $14.95 flat rate (3–7 business days)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

📍 Local Pickup

You are more than welcome to head into either of our venues and buy some merch in store at either Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill or Freedom Shores Resort. 116 Pringle Road, Woodwark, QLD 4802.
